Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Prestige Stjerne Limousine, a premium chauffeur service operated out of Copenhagen, Denmark. By confirming a booking, the customer accepts and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Contract

   Bookings can be made online, via email, or via WhatsApp and are always subject to availability and confirmation by Prestige Stjerne Limousine. A binding contract is created only when a formal booking confirmation is issued via email.

2. Pricing and Payment

   All prices are clearly presented and calculated based on the information provided at the time of booking, including distance, duration, and selected service type.

   Payment is completed securely online before the journey begins, unless a corporate account or alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.

   Any changes to the itinerary during the trip (such as additional stops or extended hourly hire) will incur extra charges, which are billed directly to the customer’s card.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

   Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge and fully refundable.

   Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

   Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or failure to appear at the pickup location (“No Show”), are charged at 100% of the booking value.

4. Waiting Time & Flight Delays

   Airport Transfers: Include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time, starting from the actual flight landing time, which is monitored in real time.

   Standard Pickups: Include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the agreed pickup time.

   Any additional waiting time beyond these limits is charged at the standard hourly rate.

5. Passenger Conduct and Damage

   Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly forbidden inside all vehicles at all times.

   The client bears full financial responsibility for any malicious or negligent damage caused to the interior or exterior of the Mercedes-Benz VLE vehicle by themselves or their guests, including any specialist cleaning required due to spills or soiling.

6. Liability Limitations

   Punctuality is a core commitment, and every effort is made to ensure timely arrivals. However, Prestige Stjerne Limousine cannot be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather conditions, exceptional traffic accidents, closed roads, border checks, or force majeure events.
